I have spent over nineteen years moving between hands-on engineering and technology leadership — Software Developer, Sr. Software Engineer, Team Lead, and CTO — across software companies in Bangladesh and a remote lead role for a Canadian restaurant platform.

My work has shipped into hospitals, real estate groups, the Bangladesh Air Force, government agencies, pharmaceutical companies, education institutions, agritech farms, and Canadian restaurants. The systems I've architected include ERP, HIMS, POS, CRM, accounting, e-commerce, tourism, event management, restaurant lead management, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

I care deeply about MVC architecture, SOLID principles, repository and design patterns, microservices, and clean CI/CD pipelines. I lead by writing the SRS, unblocking teams, and making sure what gets shipped actually holds up in production.
